Introducing Snap Shots from Snap.com
I just installed a nice little tool on this site called Snap Shots that enhances links with visual previews of the destination site, interactive excerpts of Wikipedia articles, MySpace profiles, IMDb profiles and Amazon products, display inline videos, RSS, MP3s, photos, stock charts and more.

Sometimes Snap Shots bring you the information you need, without your having to leave the site, while other times it lets you “look ahead,” before deciding if you want to follow a link or not.

Should you decide this is not for you, just click the Options icon in the upper right corner of the Snap Shot and opt-out.

Mir’ror,Mir’ror …

Published by garryblanson under Uncategorized

         A book that I’ve been reading;

“The Man In The Mirror/Solving the 24

Problems that Men Face”:by Patrick Morley

[ you can search, find, and order it through

our online bookstore ],reminded me about an

old story that I heard when i was little. This

story has been past on from generation to

generation. Most of you all have heard about the

story of Snow White. Bytheway, the witch had

a mirror and frequently she would admire

herself in this mirror(like some of us).

She would look into the mirror and say,

” mirror,mirror on the wall,who’s the

fairest(looking) of them all. Most of the time

the mirror would indulge the old witch(she

wasn’t the most beautiful thing that you

would want to see). However, one day the mirror

decided to tell the witch the truth.Well, like

with most of us;the witch just couldn’t handle

the truth? I won’t go into all the things the

witch did, because I need to redirect our attention.

We found out what the witch saw when she

looked into her mirror. But the important

question is,” Who do you see when you look

into your mirror?”Someone has even stated

that you will become whoever you see yourself

(as being) in your mirror. This is very crucial,

due to the fact that people are always looking at

themselves in their mirrors. We must learn

to harness the power of the mirror.Think about

what a mirror actually displays.A mirror only

shows us a reflection of whatever we put in front

of it.Therefore, what we see is what is there.

Thank God there is still hope!If you don’t like

what you see when you look in your mirror,

decide that you’re going to do whatever it takes

to change.Start looking at the person in the

mirror( which also happens to be the person

that you have direct control of/over ).Whether

 it be cosmetic,physical,and sometimes mental;

we need to be more honest with ourselves.

We need to go ahead and make a change.

It’s amazing sometimes that when you make

changes,other people and situations seem

to change as well. Many times we are our own

worst enemies. We have the absolute power

to blow-up our dreams at a moments notice.

However,we are also one of our greatest assets.

We either know some of the things that we

need to change or we can talk to people and

let them help us find out these things.Again,

as the author of the book said.Sometimes, all

you have to do is just stand or sit in front of

 the mirror.

Yes,your eyes will lie to you, your mind will

play tricks on you;but your mirror will only

reflect whatever is in front of it.
