Skills vs Talent
Someone asked, which is more
important skill or talent ?My
personal opinion is that they
are both essential to your
personal growth.
Take for example,your hands and
your feet.You do things with your
hands,but it’s your feet that really
take you where you want to go.
Therefore,we need to embrace
both our talents and our skills.
For we are the sum total of both!
I have been known to tell my clients that talent is skill at work. Many people have skills in many area’s but it’s not until we put those skills to work that we show talent.
